I doubt very seriously they will allow the entire stadium to fill up. That would be disaster. I don't know how many will be allowed. But, it won't be 83,000.

I don’t see how they can allow full capacity. I see 20% like OSU. If one fan gets positive test rest of season would be fan free.
The real question is how do they allocate that 20%? 1 game per ticket holder (20% of 5 home games)? If so, who gets the better games? Top 20% of IPTAY contributors get the tickets?Students and employees only?
Tough decisions ahead for CU.

My guess is a random distribution across

The different levels. I wouldn’t be surprised if they dropped the donation requirement to keep your seat (since they would seem greedy). I bet folks get offered 1 game option at random. Take it or leave it.
Harder part to manage will be pods of people. Will be hard to group people that aren’t from the donor list and enforce some kind of distancing. But my gut tells me it will be micromanaged without a lot of tolerance for agitators.

You only let 20% of stadium capacity in to watch the game... guess where that other 80% remains? In the parking lots. Not good and I'm glad I'm not in charge of making these decisions. As much as I hate to say it, I think most people without tickets will stay home and probably should stay home.

It sounded, at least to me, that the Gov was saying that stadiums, arenas, etc. could operate at 50% capacity or 250 attendees, whichever is least. But, that exceptions could be made if qualifying conditions are met. To me, it seems like he is saying that fans can come at 50% capacity, if certain health measures are in place. Did I misunderstand him? I know he specifically referenced high school football.

Heard a report on what the Gov said. Only thing mentioned in the story was stadiums, arenas, theaters, etc, would be limited to one half capacity OR 250 people, whichever is lower. Didn't hear anything about 'exceptions' but would not be surprised. But, don't understand how HONEST exceptions could actually be made. How would an exemption be granted? Would it be something like - "A stadium may seat MORE than 250 IF all attending wear plastic suits, surgical gloves & face shields?" If not, how could perceived 'safety' truly be realized? Seems exceptions would be VERY subjective. How could the Gov & other officials say, "High school games, movies & concerts can't have more than 250 - BUT college football can seat a lot more..." ??? Don't get it.
