Will Ray Tanner be fired if he does not fire Stevie

after the coots go 2-10 or 3-9? Coots fans will eat their young and Stevie will have to be fired. But - does Tanner not have the big ones to actually fire the OBS? If he doesn't - will USUC actually fire the only person on the planet that could win NC's for USUC? I think we will find out in December.

and second, only the OBS can fire the OBS. It's difficult for anyone else to fire the guy that they want to name the field after.

2-10 wouldn't get Spurrier fired. He's still the best thing to ever happen to that program. Now, 2-10 this year and 1-11 next year would get him yanked. Although I think he would step down voluntarily at that point.

USuCK does not want to be known as the school that fired a so called legend. Instead, they will over him a buy out that he can't refuse and they will all say he decided to retire. If he refuses this, they will demand a certain amount of coaches to be let go to satisfy the fan base. Just my opinion.

blaming everyone else for the demise of the program. The Old ball coach doesn't have the work ethic or energy to hit the recruiting trail like he has to bring the program back to where they had it and will try to save face by walking away. I am enjoying the show.

The booster at USuCk are one link more developed than the troglodytes that are raising all the helll about the football program. Even a caveman knows that he's the best thing that ever happened to their football program.

Tanner will be fired qwhen holbrook tanked this year

All of the Tanner talent is now gone from that team and you have a large part of the fanbase that already think he hired the WRONG guy,Holbrook instead of Lee. If he can't make the right hire for a sport that he's an expert in, they don't want him responsible for hiring the next football coach.
