ago. There was a really nice 5 square block historic district where you could get a beautiful late 1800's/early 1900's victorian with 3000+ sq feet for under $300k.
There was a reason though. You would have to pay $17k per kid to go to the only private school in town to avoid the terrible public schools, and if you wandered outside of that 5 square block area after dark, you'd better have bulletproof glass in your car.
Makes me wonder sometimes who puts these stupid articles together.
