Our defender knocks ball away as the shooter under the basket

brings it up to shoot. The ref, directly behind our defender, calls a foul. There is no way he could have seen if it was a foul! His view was completely blocked by our defender!

Ref felt sorry for Pitt?

It sounded like some of our crowd was cheering for both teams toward the end. How embarrassing would that be to get sympathy applause from your opponent's home crowd?!
