That Watson is back by the GT game or were toast.. I know our D is great but we're not holding them to 6 points... We need to score 40 to beat them at home. Their D may not be great but Stoudt isn't setting any records and Syracuse wasn't exactly world beaters.

No way we have to put up 40 to beat GT . Why , because they beat Pitt and VT ?
They play a style that sets up nicely for our current defensive strength , which is our 7 starters up front and their 7 back ups. Plus , out back 4 are very good .
No , CPJ will always beat the teams in the ACC that have holes in their defensive schemes , or that do not play them every year . Clemson has both of those bases covered.
We will win w/Cole or Deshaun ...bring it sweat flies !

Our front seven is playing intense, disciplined football right now. Moreover, they haven't been over-pursuing the run as they have in the past. Holding Tyler Murphy in check on the ground at BC was a great indication of just how patient they can be as a run develops.

In short, I'm not overly concerned about the G-Tech ground game.

We may not need to put up 40 to beat Tech,but in their 8 games
they are averaging 32 points a game,and in our last three we are only averaging
18 points a contest.
I don't care who Tech has played,it doesn't take a
rocket scientist to figure that on the road,in an unfriendly
arena where we often struggle,it's going to take more than 17 points to win that game.
And I don't care what our current defense scheme is doing.
We should win with Watson,I can't say the same with Stoudt.
