He should be talking cold sh!t to the entire offense about how sissy soft they are looking and playing!!! Tony Elliott and Jeff Scout are not doing their job of making sure their players are pro FB tough. That is the most important part of being a NC team, that is how tough your players are, and they must be tougher than any team in the country. Those two have absolutely failed their offense in the toughness department!!!

This is the one facet of his game he needs to improve upon. He isnt a vocal leader. Coach dabohas mentioned this. His calm demeanor and silent leadership won't excel in the NFL
