ESPN hits all time low in viewership

Trying to enter the political world has to be the worst business decision they’ve ever made.
Can’t have your shows going around and attacking everyone’s character, ain’t nobody got time fo that!

TNET might have a difficult time criticizing ESPN on the politics/sports ratio right now.

TNet is not the source of all the content that seems good for some or objectionable to others, the content comes primarily from we, the posters. ESPN is the primary source of all of its content.

I don't know , judging by the amount of butthurt folks on Tigernet over the last few weeks it looks like their viewership should skyrocket . Nobody tunes in like a naysayer , as they say .
Or there's no sports on , at all ... unless you're into Australian Rules Football from 2017 or whatever .

You make a strong point TD, but folks believe TNet remains salvageable — and ESPN less so.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with hardly any live sports the past 3 months.

Sure that's a factor. But also more people home from school and work during these times which you would think would give it a boost.
Jeez, think if everyone was at work and school, viewership might drop to 5-10 people.

Are you the person who made this same dumb comment last week. Like the other guy said no sporty no watchy.
In a related note Cracker Barrel reported last week that their sales were down 41%; it must be because they got rid of peanut butter pie.

This has very little to do with politics, and everything to do with having almost no live sports to broadcast for over 2 months now.

Disagree, they should stick to sports, if We wanted politics we have channels for that. Show us old games of all sports and let us decide who we’ll vote for.

Humble, I have a hard time with the ESPN question. Seems reasonable that it has more to do with live sports than politics. I have watched a lot of Clemson and other sports over the decades but over the last two months , none. I will go back for the tigers and others as soon as live comes back. The next mystery is if ESPN so horrible then how do you know what they are broadcasting unless you are watching?

I haven’t watched but one night of ESPN since the Corona lockdown but one Night to see Chicago Bulls with MJ and their championships. Espn has been getting more and more political for the last 6-7 years. Politicians are the best at it.
I get ESPN stations, ACC, Big10 and SEC schedule through an app on my Firesticks daily. So I pick and choose.
99 percent of sports on demand since lockdown. I usually watch a condensed game or two every day via YouTube in all different sports. No commercials with High school games series and season too. Nothing better than YouTube if no live sports are on.

I read TigerNet and have a really good idea of what ESPN broadcasts without turning the channel over there.
