Shows any signs of rising above mediocrity and they are crowned 2017 CFB National Champions! Not sure what they and Oklahoma have done to deserve so much attention.

Most college fans will be rooting for new teams to make it this year. CU vs. BAMA has been fun for most fans (really fun for us), but people will want new blood.

Expect the media to jump on any team that starts fast as the "saviors" of college football (see Louisville this past year).

It is unrealistic, but they have to sell clicks.

Here's the thing: the media (specifically the media outside the southeast) desperately want some teams to be relevant outside the south east of the US. I think that's why everyone wants OSU and Mich to be good. Getting USC and others located west gets more of the country involved, and that equals more $$$$.

Just my take. Go Tigers!

probably going to be the best QB in CFB next year. From what I've seen of him so far he's Heisman trophy and #1 overall pick material. He could turn into the best QB prospect since Luck.
