Into the nations #2 ranked recruit according to some. Charlotte Observer article that I just read says that Zion's mom is married to former Clemson player Lee Anderson. Zion's father played football at NC State. What are the odds Brownell can get this guy? Everybody has probably offered him.

His father is from Darlington committed to NC State but never played.

This kid's film looks legit. Would be nice for one of these top bball prospects to take a chance on Clemson. He could be a game-changer ala Spiller....

Let's not kid ourselves - given the impact one player can have on a basketball team, a commitment here would be bigger than Spiller. Williamson would be far and a way the best player to ever attend Clemson; he's the sort that can carry us to the Sweet 16 by himself.

He told a reporter that his top schools that he will officially visit are
Duke (MK has visited numerous times and committed to not recruit any other players at his position this year)
UNC (Williams told ZW that he was the top target in the class)
Kentucky
Kansas
UCLA
Duke is the clear leader and UNC and Kentucky are next.
