I dunno, I had a good time. Ended up on camera with a bottle of jagermeister, which lead to my phone ringing and my father asking why I was shaking a bottle of liquor at the camera.
And I got a high-five from Corso, they had a stage set up next to the hill.
Oh the game? Yeah, that sucked. Rivers' final year, right? NC State was like 8-0 coming in or something?

Yes lost to Ga Tech on Thursday night back in '98 and then lost to NCST during Justin Miller's freshman year IIRC.

It went on to explain how the bigger universities hate Thursday night games because of the logistical nightmare they create and because they disrupt the school week.

Thursday night games are highly disruptive. The last time Clemson had to cancel classes that day because there isn't enough parking once the IPTAY parking is taken away. Plus given that most of the fan-base lives outside of Clemson, the ability of fans to get to a weekday game is an issue.

that's a bogus excuse
sure there are obstacles, but with proper planning it's simple.........not saying have one every year, but to refuse that kind of atomosphere AND exposure for the reasons you mentioned are laughable.
I don't care too much about the thursday night games as much as NIGHT games in general

We did while I was a student. I recall that students made classes on Friday optional, and professors tended to just preemptively cancel Friday class when it happened.
