To be honest these kids couldn’t name a player off of the team from a decade ago. To a lot of these students Clemson Football has only existed since 2015.

They don’t know what it took to get here

Quick to draw conclusions!!

The kids that grew up in clemson homes know about Woody, whitehurst, Thunder and Lighting and Gaines Adams. Most of us had a #28 or #6 jersey as kids. I also remember the letdown of 2008 and 2010 wasn't that long ago. I remember the 2010 Meineke Car Care bowl and listen to the guy behind us call Dabo "Dumbo" the whole game. Much to the surprise of many of you good Clemson elders, many students LOVE Clemson and always have.

That said, do you hold it against someone who isn't from SC or didn't grow up a Tiger to not know who David Dunham is?

Said most not all. Im just saying the majority of the kids Clemson is attracting these days are not kids the grew up in "Clemson Homes"
