The demise of the Hill
Oct 11, 2019, 10:02 AM
|
|
As the Grand master plan continues, The Hill becomes just the grass strip between the sidewalk and the curb. This University's Athletic Department has sold the spirit of Death Valley. Heck, the football players will not have to run all the way from the top of the Hill this looks like it has been moved down about twenty feet. Bring those big bucks in from people who just come to watch a football game, not yell and scream and support the Tigers. This crowd will be very P.C. I do not care a rat's behind what they want, leave the dimensions of the Hill alone.

Nothing at Clemson is in a demise ..... except for the support of some fans. NO school in America has it going the way my Tigers have right now. If you are dumb enough to think that “the hill” is going to be eliminated from Tiger football you are a hopeless case. Go Tigers. .Support Clemson

He's literally not right though, because nothing has suggested they are going to turn the hill into a strip of grass other than some slippery slope nonsense.

The spirit is in the Oculus. And the Oculus told them to lower the hill.

Been saying since day 1 that the oculus was some weird supernatural witchcraft, kinda like the tower of isengard in lord of the rings. I will not bow before the false idol that is the oculus. We must destroy it all costs, for it also houses the dreaded transfer portal. We must destroy babylon.

Totally agree!! The main reason Death Valley has been so loud is those aluminum bleachers and concrete reflect noise. You start putting premium individual plastic seats with carpeting in the aisles and you muffle the noise and then people will talk about how loud it used to be and how soft fans are today and how they only look at their phones or the big new video board and how ugly the new chrome helmets are.

What do you need a hill for? Wink! From the drawings looks like they are adding a tunnel from the locker room area in the middle of the Westzone. They can just run out of there.

Shaking the plastic bars of a fake cage? Sounds nauseatingly familiar for some reason.

being negative.
Death Valley isn't as loud as it used to be already because they have reduced hill access. If more of the Hill is taken away, the atmosphere will diminish a little bit more.
