Listening to WCCP w/ my 14 year old daughter is interesting

Oct 30, 2018, 11:18 PM

She got a chuckle out of the Tigers for Tatas commercial. A little embarrassing for her, but she gets it. However, the commercial after it when a lady comes on and says "It's your weiner, do what you want with it" forced her to do the unthinkable and reach over and change it to her top 40 station. I'm normally a "don't touch the radio when I'm driving" kinda person, but I let it slide this time.

Can't blame her, tbh.

I've always thought that commercial was a little too racy for radio , too!+1

I was formally known as Furious george and have changed my name to match the name I use to call on WCCP radio.

The bigger societal point..nothing is off limits anymore.

Sling TV and their reference to swinging and barely couched inuendo in every other commercial on TV or the radio now days.

I believe the FCC is becoming as neutered as the NCAA.

"When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car."

"I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it."

I've thought about Slinging but my wife still wants to be boring and stay with Xfinity. Same thing day after day. Year after year.
