Yes it was but this has become a trend. Where the refs are feeling sorry for other team and stop making calls. Then the other team chips its way back, at least at start of season.

It's basically, Tigers 28, Refs 14, FSU 0

I had no problem with it. There was contact, but the defender was making a play on the ball.

I’ve got a problem with it. These ACC Officials are enabling other teams to cheap shot our players EVERY TIME they fail to make a proper call.
