Our QB this year will

Play better than Tajh did last year, especially after the first two games. I don't think any of our QBs will go into that "funk" where it looks like they don't know where the receivers are going to be. I could be wrong, but I assumed that most of the time our receivers were running the proper route. If our receivers run good/correct routes this year, I am confident that any of our top 3 QBs will put the ball in their hands more often than not.
Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I got frustrated with the Tajh "funk" last year. Fortunately it didn't cost us too many games. I wanted Cole to come in many times last year when Tajh was struggling. It's time for Cole to be the QB I thought he was last year.
Go TIGERS! Go! Fight! Win!!!

season. Our two losses, were team losses, where the whole team didn't play good as a whole. Stop using Stoudt to justify your hatred of Tajh.

did its job on occasion evidence of Tajh's bad quarterbacking? I seem to remember Tajh pulling the D out of the fire a time or two. This is a ridiculous thread with a ridiculous premise. To suggest that Tajh was anything but an outstanding college QB is to lie.
Let me promise you this: Our coaches our praying to their gods that Cole even vaguely approaches what Tajh did for us.

even Dabo knew not to throw the ball late. smh. he crapped in big games. it was because he couldn't decipher the defense. same reason he had 5 yards passing last night.

Tahj set all the records for a reason... he was a daggum good college QB... I would be happy if Cole played as well as TB but, that is a tall order

Interesting pro scouts take on Nuk - great hands poor routes

Scouts said Nuk could catch anything and could not run routes. I'm in no position to debate either way, but believe Stoudt has some hidden potential. It will be interesting to see how Morris tweaks Tiger Offense to set up Stoudt's strengths. We will soon find out. Go Tigers!

Heck of a funk here:
UGA: 18-30 270 yards 3 TDs 0 INT, 42 yards rushing 2 TDs NC State: 24-37 244 yards, 3 TDs 0 INT Wake: 17-24 311 yards 3TDs 0 INT, 69 yards rushing 1 TD Cuse: 20-27 455 yards 5 TDs 2 INT, BC: 30-44 334 yards 1 TD 0 INT, 33 yards rushing 1 TD, Maryland: 28-41 304 1 TD 1 INT, 24 yards rushing 1 TD UVA: 24-29 377 3 TD 1 INT, rushing TD GT: 20-26 340 4 TD 1 INT, 43 yards rushing 1 TD OSU: 31-40 378 yards 5 TD 2 INT, 127 yards rushing 1 TD (but Sammy and screens, yeah disregard the perfect backshoulder throw to Sammy and two dimes over a tight defener on fade routes)
Mam I hope our next QB's bad is this good

Games. Both of which I agree our offense did underperform.
Tajh was a great QB for us and a great representative of the school. I'm not trying to hate on him, but I will admit that Tajh didn't do as well as we've seen he can do in the NC State, Boston College and FSU games. After that stretch, he seemed to get it together.

beatings which Stoudt has never had to withstand....playing mop up duty vs the likes of SC State is not any indicator of how Stoudt is going to handle real intense pressure and repeated hits.
Where the supposed "cool under fire" talk is coming from seems a mystery....thinking it over, if Stoudt was what so many want to believe...then the question begs why has he never been inserted into the games like against SC when Boyd supposedly got so rattled he could not perform?

If Stoudt was better than Boyd, he would have gotten a lot more than mop up duty last year... Boyd was a great a College QB... To diminish his accomplishments to somehow prop up your QB this year is silly...
