Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best in 1862 when he said “hitch your wagon to a star” in his essay “ American Civilization”. Something all gifted young people should remember. It’s possible in America. K’von is a great example of this.

Congratulations, I’m proud to have you represent Clemson. I’m proud of you for seeing the bigger picture. And I hope there are young men who will look up to you and be better for it.

And thank you Nikki for bringing this story to us. I feel like more than most, Clemson has a lot of these feel good stories.

What an amazing story! K’Von is one of my all time favorite tigers and I truly hope we win it all so he can go out on top. What a tremendous leader and example for his teammates. Congrats on your accomplishments! Sky is the limit
