Oline with Freshmen, RS Freshmen, and Sophomores.
We have recruited 4 or more OL each year over the last couple of years. Agreed we need 1 or 2 in this class, but the need is not major. We have young 3 and 4 star depth on the OL right now.

I'd be far less worried about our line this year. Instead we took 2. One got hurt and never saw a snap, and the other will be our starting LT this year.
If we assume that half of the linemen in that class still never saw a snap but increase the number of players taken to 4, you still have one more returning starter on the line for this year, or at very least a guy with more time in the system.
In a best-case scenario, we could only be replacing one guy on the line this year.

Kind of a loaded question.
I'm happy as can be with the way our recruiting has gone.
But do you think it's possible that we would have landed EVEN MORE top guys if we had won the Orange Bowl?
Just a thought...
Again, the staff has done a great job and the bowl loss obviously didn't ruin our recruiting. But we'll never know the alternative scenario, obviously.

I clearly stated that I'm very impressed and satisfied. But obviously, you can replace some 3 stars with 4 stars and so on. The only way you can't really improve is if you're #1.
Just because I point that out doesn't mean I'm not satisfied or thrilled with the way things have gone.
I love the guys we've landed.
