Good call. Hopkins wanted nothing more to do with So Carolina DBS. Unfortunately, the NFL is full of physical DBs and, if he is going to play at that level, it will be part of the game. Might want to make sure that he gets his degree.

Sammy............who knows about this kid. Appears that his spirit is broken. He muffed the punt last week vs NCSTATE before the half and that was it for him on the punting team. He is ineffective at WR and seems no longer interested at playing at a higher level. Not sure if he can/will regain that spark. If not, terrible waste of talent but perhaps symptomatic of his background. We'll see on that one.

The ole ball coach knew that Tage to Sammy and Tage to Nuk was the entire story. So he found a way to counter it and close the book.
