Was very saddened to hear this from our preacher this AM. He was previously in GA and good friends with them.

Yes this is a very tragic story. Replacing a legend in the radio broadcast booth is very difficult. I grew up listening to Jim Phillips call every Clemson game. It was certainly sad several years ago when he passed away suddenly. Nothing against our current broadcasters, but Jim Phillips will always be My favorite Clemson voice! Prayers for this fine gentleman and especially for his children over losing both parents at one time. I cannot even begin to comprehend their grief. I am sure the Auburn family will reach out to them for years to come.
