along with ownership in the Browns if he takes position. i guess the owner of the Browns is a UT grad or something?

UT is a dumpster fire much like the NC State job.

Tennessee better get someone that can coach defense, and Chavis can do that. Their defense was horrible this year and was the reason for such a poor record. Chavis would not be a bad hire. Keep the OC from this year, but put the emphasis on D. Recruiting, developing and scheme. It may take 2-3 years, but that is the direction they need to go in.
