well here's a question: If Williams picks CLEMSON, and we're probably not taking BOTH, then does that mean North is out? Or does this possibly prompt North to let our coaches know something prior to 7/31? This could get interesting.

If they really do want them equally then they'll call up North and tell him he better commit and fast or lose his spot. However, if they believe that they will get North they might have told Williams that his scholarship is no longer committable at this time and thus Williams will sign with SC.
Personally i want North.

He's really high on us and has had us as the leader for a while. I'm not sure Williams still has a commitable offer to tell you the truth.

so if he commits to Clemson before North that means that either North had let them know he wasn't coming or that the coaches like them equally and would take either in the final WR spot.

I think Williams would be a good addition, but he would need to redshirt his frehman year. Hopkins will probably be gone in 2014 and the combination of Williams, North, Robinson, and Jenkins would be dynamite. My gut feeling is that Williams will announce to Carolina.

i agree with you...williams has been heavily on the gamecock side for a while...he seems not to want to compete for a job, so why the drama I do not know....hopefully we get North....
