He couldn't make the College Footfall Awards Show Thursday evening to accept an award (retired at 77 back in Jan), so a great film collage of 35+ years of old & famous broadcasts was shown of him.

Before that, way back in the 80s it was "you are looking live at....." and the "the most exciting 25 seconds in college football" every time he came to Clemson.

Pardner. The Pardner gets hit a lot. Can we all just agree to make Paul Finebaum the permanent Pardner? Would simplify the game, and make everyone other than Paul happy.
