"The NCAA finds numerous cases of recruiting impropriety, and as a result hereby determines that Ole Miss must set up sham courses whose attendance is made up of at least 1% non student athletes. These courses CANNOT contain any actual work, and tutors must be provided to prepare and complete anything that actually resembles work. Again, at least 1% of the individuals in these courses must be non student athletes"

The NCAA is laughable now. The same institution that gutted Clemson during the Ford era no longer has any teeth. Their conclusions in the UNC case were downright inexcusable.

I'm betting they lay the wood on Ole Miss. Blue bloods get a pass, but schools like Ole Miss are just the type the NCAA salivates over. They're going to use them to show the world they still have some power.
