We still have several guys on the board, primarily...
1. Dexter Lawrence - DT
2. Rashan Gary - DT
3. John Simpson - OG/OT
4. Diondre Overton - WR
5. Rahshaun Smith - ILB
6. Bryan Edwards - WR
7. Tony Butler - CB
8. Trayvon Mullen - CB/S
How do we stand with these guys, particularly Edwards now that he's decommited from SC?

Looking good with Edwards committing as a safety. We're out the picture for Tony Butler. Same could be said for Gary. It'll be a miracle for Gary to commit to Clemson. Plus Clemson is done recruiting at the DT position after Dexter Lawrence makes his public announcement that he's committing to Clemson. We're 50/50 with Mullen. Simpson looks to be a Clemson lock. Same goes for Overton (reason why Clemson is recruiting Edwards as a safety). And Rahshaun Smith will re-commit to Clemson once he's finished with all his other visits. He's just enjoying the once in a lifetime process right now.

1. No one knows about Dexter but he has been to Clemson multiple times and offers a good combination of shorter distance from home and championship caliber football.
2. Most likely out of it with Gary unless he decides to use his last official visit on us, then it gets interesting.
3. Battle between us, Florida, and now LSU after his recent visit there but he is a strong lean to Clemson.
4. Only a matter of time until he commits.
5. Pretty much the same with Shaq but if he takes his mom back to LSU on a visit, it could get dicey. We are still his last official visit.
6. Could commit this weekend but we really don't have much competition for him. Almost positive we lead.
7. Out of it and we aren't particularly interested anymore I believe.
8. We will know more after he takes his official to us later but it is a good start to just get him on campus. Probably a lean towards FSU or LSU at this point.

The second we make a real push for commitment with Givens, he'll flip to Clemson. He could've moved on down the chart though with the decootment of Edwards and the revelation that he could play DB here.

I understand why we want Bryan Edwards bc I have seen his highlights, but why would we want givens?

He's probably gonna end up being a coot. But he's most likely a back up plan along with Troy Pride Jr. if Clemson doesn't land Trayvon Mullen
