ND is subject to the 53mil exit fee as well as the grant of rights. The GOR doesn't equal as much money for ND since they have kept their Football and Hockey rights. But its still pretty significant when you add the exit fee on top of that.

Notre Dame should be jazzed. They get to share in the ACC's revenues for it's best sports but yet get to keep all of their revenue from their best sport.
