For a true freshman, his stats are among the best ever. But he’s no where near the stats of Tua, Murray, Haskins, Minshaw, and Grier among QB’s. Next year, though, he will be a front runner. No true freshman has ever won the Heisman and I doubt one ever will.
ET should absolutely be invited to New York, however.

I know we are biased but is there a player in college football more deserving than Christian Wilkins ? If the Heisman really is an award for the best college player then he certainly needs to be in the mix.

Agree, but the Heisman stopped being about the best college player a long time ago. It's now all about the most popular player among the pundits at eSECpn!
