NC State fans are delusional

I live in Raleigh and they have been so annoying this week. But about half an hour ago I went into a liquor store to stock up for the tailgate tomorrow wearing my Clemson ACC Championship shirt from last year. I hear the clerk talking about "Yeah we're undefeated in the ACC so after we knock off Clemson we'll be in the ACC Championship, probably not the playoffs though but I'll take it."
I get up to the front of the line and he looks at my shirt and gives me a nasty look saying "You look mighty proud to be wearing that around these parts today" and I told him I was. I usually don't trash talk so I told him it would probably be a good game and I'm hoping both teams are competitive. He then says "We played against our best competition last weekend without our best offensive weapon, so we should be fine tomorrow." I proceeded to tell him our defense was better than theirs, but he kept saying no one can stop Nyheim Hynes. He then claimed NC State would win by at least 10.
The woman behind him, also an NC State, said "Really? I honest cannot see us even getting within a touchdown against them. Did you see the game last weekend?" The guy seemed flustered and as I was walking out he said "Come on man, y'all had your time" and I just casually said "And we will again!"
Can't wait to see them get smacked down in person.
