I seem to recall him getting tossed out of a game this year for arguing with an ump. He argues all the time.

Not out on the field which is where you get your point across. He just yells from the dugout and then gets over it. He needs to go out there and get in the umpires face. When aj lostaglio tossed him earlier this year all monte did was walk out there and ask why he got tossed and then walked off. Didn't even get his moneys worth
