That's a solid but long read. Typical Forbes work. Glad for Indy that they're making a financial comeback.

OP seems to think new sponsorship deals don't embrace traditional Indianapolis values??? I might agree if i had a clue what he meant. Forbes only discussed a couple of the sponsors.

road. terrible reflection on the sport sever spins collisions or near misses in the pits. Looks like they let some first timers drive

Forbes article says this is the first year in a while they had more cars than spots. They had to "cut" 3 teams due to not qualifying in the top 33.

So if there is more supply than demand, the supply will have to improve itself. Like happened in NASCAR.
