All of the following must be true:
1. The opponent can not get any penalties called on them
2. Every time one of our DBs sneezes near a WR it is PI
3. The game can not be in DV (it's too loud)
4. The referees must clearly point out the line to gain for a first down before every play
5. Jordan Leggett can not wear his shoes that have the mini rocket booster built in
6. We are not allowed to touch the opposing QB if he doesn't have the ball
7. Ben Boulware is not allowed to tackle anyone
Did I miss anything?

- Dabo can't reference a religious entity...according to FFRF.
- The band must not play, the scoreboard must be blank and speakers off...according to UL.
- It must not rain on the opponents side of the field...according to ND.

-We must allow ample time in between plays for defensive subs in order to limit the amount of fake injuries by oppossing teams.
- No "Jumbo package" or the two way play of players. Includes DL lining up to recieve passes on special teams.

The grounding of all DBs with the first names of jadar or marcus. In the event that any player with such name forces a turnover, especially on the final play of a game, the game shall be forfieted immediately and scholarships revoked.

-choke holds cannot be any longer than 2 seconds after the whistle
-Targetting It's legal against Clemson rb's
-fake targetting is illegal, like Bouleware in Boston

Opponents may be called for targeting, after approval by opposing coach, of course. Player may optionally be ejected if his targeting causes himself a concussion.

If the opposing coach whines like a b... and gets 15 tacked on for unsportsmanlike conduct because he refused to remain poised after a bad call and act like a leader in front of his team, Dabo should immediately call for forfeiture of the game.
