Am I the only Clemson fan that would like to see Clemson

Stay #2 in the CFP? I’d like to see Clemson win The Rose Bowl and if they’re #1 they’ll be sent to The Sugar Bowl. This is one of the few years they can go to The Rose Bowl and the only way is if they aren’t #1??

I have never been to the Rose Bowl and wish to go. And this is the only way I can rationalize going.

.... imho, the Rose Bowl is as over rated as the big10, the sec, and Oklahoma, to list a few.
One can drive to New Orleans much cheaper than you can fly to LA (at New Years’ airfares), and as tix ain’t cheap, it may allow some of us po’ folk to make the game.

I get the cost, but the championship game is in Atlanta this year. Not sure about air fair but I know I can get a flight from Greenville to San Francisco for $315.00 so Pasadena should be in that ball park.

Not the only one. I would absolutely love to see Clemson in the Rose Bowl. What an awesome experience that would be, especially if it was beating up a Big 10 team.

The Rose Bowl is dump. Doesn't conpare to most stadiums. Been there and didn't impress me. Too old and sort of dumpy. Needs upgrading.

Iv'e been there too (Superbowl XIII) and couldn't afford to go back.. the seats are very narrow, but if it's on your bucket list go for it!! I'm saving up for Atlanta!

I would rather play all year long without the added pressure of being #1. Plus, I like to be the underdog when we play Bama.

Same here, I'm saving up for the playoffs now. I hope the Rose Bowl is the first destination. Always wanted to see a game there, that place would look really good filled up with Orange

That was my thought too - wanted to go to the parade and everything. Then I looked at the schedule and found you couldn't go to both the parade and the game. It appears that the seats are a long way from the field as well. I'll go to whichever bowl Clemson plays in but at this point I think I'd prefer that be the Sugar.
