I know I'm going to take a beating for saying this but....

If I were an 18 y/o kid who is considered one of the best at my position coming out of HS and a I have a choice of playing in the SEC for Bama, UF, Auburn, UGA, or TAMU or playing for Clemson in the ACC, where would I want to play?
We know Clemson is great but ESPN, ABC, and CBS has convinced the nation and many of these young players that the SEC is the best conference with the best teams, including USuCk, in the nation.
I love Clemson but dam-n if National Champion Alabama is knocking at the door, these kids have to open it.

I agree,but ESPN and all the other networks are not fair and balanced,pretty soon it will hurt CFB.

You wouldn't want to play for Alabama if you thought Nick Saban was a jerk. What good is winning a NC if you're miserable there? If you're good enough you'll get to the NFL no matter where you go.

and you will get flamed but people on here are blind.
ESPN has brainwashed CFB fans with all the SEC hype and guess what, recruits are CFB fans. And don't think coaches aren't beating the SEC drum to death with these recruits.

I would think that most elite kids have a bigger goals. If the goal is to get to he nfl, I pick Clemson all day long.
