I just realized why I hate the SEC and its media bias.

The SEC is the same as the Democrat Party!
1. The Democrats can do no wrong in the eyes of the media. The SEC does no wrong in the eyes of the sports media.
2. The Democrats control the Senate and White House. They hold the top offices in the U.S. government but it doesn't make them better. SEC schools have been given the national championship by the media for seven straight years but it doesn't mean the conference is the best just that the sports media and polls put them in a position to be there.
3. Democrats have historically cheated and rigged national and congressional elections. Cheating in the SEC is the way the game is played.
4. The sports media sucks up to the Democrats and blasts anyone that would challenge them. The sports media excuses every stumble an SEC school makes but magnifies the stumbles of non-SEC schools.
Yep the SEC is just like the Democrat Party.

Anyway, i hate mixing politics with sports and i also think all of this anti-sec stuff on here has gotten ridiculous to the point that it actually annoys me more than any actual sec-bias, so I'm not going any further down this road.

All rational and knowledgeable football fans (not everyone on this board, of course) understand that the SEC has been the best football conference for the past 8-10 years, by proving it again and again on the playing field.

I get very tired of the SEC crap too but they've dominated the BCSNCG 7' straight seasons with 4 different schools winning NCs. They dominate their bowls almost every year also. Last year Clemson, FSU, and GT all got thumped at home by their SEC rivals the Sat after turkey day in embarrassing fashion. Teams need to start beating them and quit crying about ESPN. Even in a down year, the SEC is arguably the best over the 2nd best PAC 12. Tigers have done their part beating LSU and UGA. Now, they need to beat the Coots and FSU needs to dominate the Gators. FSU needs to keep it going and beat Bama if they get the chance.
The political part of your post is almost as asinine. The media favors the left but the GOP is an extremely easy target with the mistakes they make over and over. They would rather make cheap political points than win elections it seems.
