I have never gambled on sports

And I find it very hard not to put money on this game. I feel very confident the Tigers are going full shock and awe.
The problem I have is of losing the purity of watching them play. I am afraid money will be in my head instead of my love for the team.
Anyone else felt this way?
For those of you who do bet on the Tigers, does your betting and desire to win some cash dominate your game day experience?

And I have won big on Clemson several times this year.. most notably as underdogs vs Lville and OSU. I will be taking Clemson as an underdog again come Monday. We win this game outright so getting 7 is too good to pass up IMO.

I bet on every Tiger game,a 20 spot.If I win the loser buys me a 20 ounce Zero.If
my opponent wins ,I buy him a 20 ounce soda of his choice.So far this year,I'm up 3 soda's to none( Ga.Tech.Florida State,and the coot game).
A dollar ,and a quarter ain't a lot of cash to win,or lose,but winning sure has a good taste to it.

I usually stay away from betting on Clemson but did put a nice little chunk on us winning the Natty before the season began (8 -1 odds). I had been saying for 2 years this is our year and last year further inforced that. I do not feel bad for doing so and will not be any more down if we don't win it. However, I will be even more hyped if we do all the way to the bank with a $7381.80 check from the Mirage.

Congratulations!
I made a little bet as well for Clemson to win. $310 (31-0). Made about $650 with the starter bonus they gave me. Dabo said believe and I did!
I don't think I will bet again for awhile, I just felt this one was a good one.
During the game though, I was thinking I would give it all up if it would help them win.

I'm an avid better but try not to heart where my heart is. With that being said. I'm putting m9ney on the straight line for Clemson to win straight up. Much higher payout. However taking the points seems like a sure thing

I don't bet on CLEMSON directly, but I participate in a college football pool weekly and during bowl games. I have picked CLEMSON in every game for 2 years, and did pretty well (we just pick straight up without the spread). I just won $850 in the bowl pool because the other guys that were tied with me picked OSU. Hehe - losers.
Just pick CLEMSON. Blame me if you lose.

I look at it this way... I bet on Clemson when I feel it's a good bet. I bet against them once in a while too. I separate the money from the heart. If I bet against and they win, I am perfectly OK with that, because I'd rather have the win than the money. If I bet with them and they win, I am "extra happy". If you can separate that like I can, bet. If not, don't.
The moneyline looks like the play here. The odds are +200 on the moneyline.
FWIW, I took Clemson to win the Natty at 6:1 before the OSU game. I am not hedging that bet.
