Kamara is reportedly leaving Bama due to the RB depth BUT, will we not have these guys on our depth chart by the time he gets here:
Brooks, Howard, Davidson, Gallman, Dye, Oglesby, Fuller, Choice, (McCullough)?
Are we expecting some incoming guys to not qualify and/or switch positions?

Howard will graduate, Fuller might be a DB, still don't know how new guys will qualify, and I don't think McCullough is an actual solution at RB/FB.

I think yes to your question though not certain at this point which - position or grades. Just seems like we are to a point with hnumbers and that position where it has to be one or both of those possibiliities. And then there is just the overalll concern about Dye's back that must also be lurking there.

Fuller and Oglesby are having a hard time qualifying from what I hear. I honestly don't see any room for touches at the RB spot for Brooks. So that leaves an injured Dye and a very raw Davidson a beat to fit McCullough along with Gallman and Choice.
Don't think of them as RBs think of them as ATH that will do whatever a coach asks of them I.E. Vic Beasley. I'll take as many of those as I can get.

Fuller and Oglesby probabaly won't make it in

At best Oglesby will be going to prep school probably. Fuller might not even make that. Howard can either move positions or he'll never get another snap at RB.

no certainty that Dye fully recovers from back surgery. Having someone like Kamara is a great insurance policy.

Hey Guys, Kamara has not said he wants to come to Clemson, as far as I know, and Clemson has not offered him, as far as I know. Have a little faith in our coaches. We will do the right thing.

along with FSU, OkSt, and UCLA. So far, the only confirmed "rumors" out there are that he's met with Clemson staff. No such "rumors" for the others. It's fair to speculate we are an opportunity he wants or you would hear of him approaching the other schools, too. No one knows the full facts from any party yet, though.
