Here's a funny story

A couple years after my wife and I started dating we went on a road trip to VT to meet her grandparents. He is a pretty much a mountain man. Mills his own lumber, builds all of his own stuff, his street is even named after him. Whale we roll up the to cabin and go inside

First time we've been to his cabin so we got a tour. Upstairs is their bedroom and the setup is something like this



While he's on the other side of the room i'm snooping around and see a folgers can sitting on the desk. Of course i'm going to open it and of course its full of marijuana.

They have a ton of land up there so I know he's growing somewhere. We didn't get a tour of the garden since it was dead winter and there was a few feet of snow on the ground.

and thats the story of meeting my wifes 70 year old grandparents

She has the bad version of hepatitis cuz of the 70s but still hanging on.
