The field goal is the same as UNC's off side call in a way. The Ref has the perfect line of sight and called it off sides. There is no camera angle to judge by. The same with the field goal. The Ref is looking directly under the pipe. No one else can see what he sees. I have no doubt it was a miss. It amazes me that these stupid commentators don't understand the value of the camera angle except at the goal line.

If you are not right below it, and the camera definitely isn't, then you can't tell. It's called parallax.
