There’s a lot of them the California.

Most people want to pronounce it like "Nobelle," as if he was French instead of Swedish. It's pronounced the same as "noble."

Yeah he also referred to privately owned hotel rooms and rental properties as "our portfolio" when suggesting yesterday that the homeless have the Right to shelter. He seems to be suggesting that his "Nation State", as he called California, has obligation to provide free housing.
I didn't read the above in an article, I heard it as I made the mistake of listening to part of his speech.

Reporters were asking how to quarantine infected homeless. Many states are planning to use hotels in one way or another - makeshift hospitals or quarantine. And the hotels are happy about it because they are all vacant now.
