Games to watch prior to the Sugar Bowl

Wake play aTm on Friday the 29th in CLT.
Louis plays Miss St on Sat 30th in JAX.
I'm not just looking for scores in these, since both aTm and Miss St are sans head coaches from the season, a win by Wake and/or Louis could be fool's gold when it comes to predicting our matchup with Bammer.
But look for the overall physical matchup. Can the ACC teams push the SEC boys around? I like to watch the line of scrimmage and see which way it moves at the snap.
If Miss St and aTm can shove them around, then that does not bode well for us.

Amazing the Vegas line has CU as a dog. Usually they are not susceptible to much of the hype. Miami was head and shoulders better than any team Bama has played, save one, and Clemson beat them and Bama lost to them and not close. Come on guys, ESPN hype should not move the line.

Neither of the games have any effect on our game in 2015 Baylor abused UNC on the LOS in the Russell Athletic Bowl and then we abused Oklahoma on the LOS in the Orange Bowl.

Yep all about matchups, who comes prepared with a gameplay, and who comes to play. We beat Auburn and Auburn beat Bama but that does not really mean anything.

Our lines handled Auburn quite well. The coots looked fairly competitive against Georgia, against us, not so much

Performances in Bowl games can be misleading for a variety of reasons. I’m interested in watching those two games, but not sure I’m going to ‘stress’ if WF or Lewisville struggle (BTW: not a fan, but props to Lamar Jackson for playing, as opposed to sitting out to ‘avoid an injury’).
I believe Dabo is quite the psychological guru in this regard. Notice that most of our players will reference “... we practice/prepare for Clemson (sic) ...” in their interviews, etc. And I truly think they believe and buy into it. Thus, bowl results, Vegas point spreads, talking heads ‘expert analysis’, etc., etc., etc. do not really seem to concern them.

Well Miss St and A &M played with Bama. Wake and UL against us, not so much. Tho A&M did let Usuk play with them.
