Gameday for Notre Dame

Lee Fitting, producer for College Gameday just pretty much said that IF Notre Dame beats GT tomorrow then Gameday would be going to Clemson for ND matchup in two weeks! Honestly, I doubt The Irish can get by tech, but I'll be rooting for them. I'd love to see us take down ND!!

I will get flamed for this but gameday sucks. Three hours of stupid talking heads. Don't see the obsession with them. It used to be good when it was just 1 hour. Nowadays when Clemson is on the road or its a later start time at home I watch the premier league until football kicks off. People complain about ESPN not giving Clemson respect but they beg for gameday. I dont get it

No, I can totally understand what you mean. They drag it out much longer than it needs to be. I don't beg for it, but hey I'll never complain if they go to Tiger town! Always good publicity, and I love seeing views of Clemson throughout that three hours while I'm across the country!

Nope not many tiger fans. Mostly pac 12 and many are just complete band wagoners. A ton of "oregon" and cal fans up here. Try to make it to a cal or Stanford game sometime. Both fun places to see a game, much different than Clemson, and tailgating really doesn't exist, but still nice atmospheres.

No way we are gameday with #2 Alabama at #7 Georgia the same week. Only chance of each team to lose is bama this week, which would still keep them in the top 10.

The producer specifically said that they would take Clemson vs Notre Dame over Bama Georgia because you can get those types of match ups a lot in the SEC. Said since Clemson and ND don't play often it would be a big one
