CLEMSON or possibly Syracuse. I would even start him over Francois at FSU. KB2 just managed to land in a situation that the highest ranked QB coming out of HS chose to come to CLEMSON. This is just one of those things that one can not predict. This happens in the real world daily, and hopefully KB2 works thru this disappointing situation.

He would also start on most SEC teams too.

I'm just glad I'm not Dabo when he had to tell KB2 that. That's gotta feel as bad as having to fire someone from their job that they need desperately. That goes with you for life.

Finley is his only real competition. Josh Jackson before injury *might* have given KB some competition. I would take KB over Dungey and his 2017 stats suggest that KB is a much better QB. How much of that was Clemson just being better is a good argument but Dungey will make mistakes that hurt, KB doesn't.

Finley and Francois are better. Maybe the guy at Duke? But KB would still compete with those guys. He's obviously an upper tier college QB.

We just like to compare him to the greatest player in Clemson history.

From what I've seen of Francois this year, I do not believe he is the same guy that we saw prior to his injury last year. He makes mistakes, and does not play the way I remember him playing. I would still play KB2 in front of Francois.

I forgot how good Finley is. I thought he was gone. :)

his OL is a major factor too. kind of hard to develop

Just to correct one thing OP said...actually him coming to Clemson was something you could definitely predict since he literally told Coach...

"Get ready! Because I'm coming to Clemson!"

TL committed in like his soph or junior year at HS IIRC.

Now predicting that he'd show up and immediately integrate with a new level of play, a new team and be that good that fast...is another story.
