Looked like there was a anxiousness or lack of patients and he was hitting the ball to high in the drop.

His hang time is OK but 30-35 yard punts are middle school distances .
The 25-30 yard punts have happen too much also.

Seriously, the less pressure he was under the worse he did.
Cost us 50 yards thru the night.
And while we are on it.
That punt catch interference call - what rule are they using??????????

I looked up the rule last year after the SC player caused Ray Ray(iirc) to fumble. The rule states that a player receiving a punt must be given a 1 yd cushion in front (shoulder to shoulder I believe)! There is no halo rule as long as contact is not made before the catch!

Perhaps we have nobody on campus better than this punter (an entirely different scary thought)
