ESPN 30 for 30 : Tale of Two Seasons (Alabama vs. Clemson)

I was thinking this morning how amazing of a documentary could be put together to cover the past 2 seasons of college football following both Alabama and Clemson. There are so many story lines culminating with last year's championship game and the road that it took to get back this year, etc. If you think about it through the past 2 championship games the difference between both teams is a total of 1 point! That is amazing! College football has never seen anything like this in my opinion. Yeah, we have had some great rivalries in college football but back-to-back championship games with everything on the line is what makes this rivalry so amazing the past 2 years.

I have several friends who are Alabama fans, and I'm not sure about the experience of anyone else, but there is virtually no trash talking between the 2 fan bases, because I think we realize that we have experienced something historic that may never be duplicated. If you look at both games, the ball could have bounced a certain way where easily either team could have won back-to-back championships. ESPN does a great job telling the story on 30 for 30 and I think it would be great to see them cover this someday.
