A first for 117 years of competing...

Wow. 5 in a row. I thought 4 in a row was impossible. Lets go for 6 in a row.

Dabo ( I mean Chad) has stopped the bleeding on losing to below average ACC teams and taking care of business on the road but really it is only a stop gap until Chad and Venables leave.

If Clemson although undeserving gets shot against Alabama in Orange due to story line and traveling fan base and wins keep them all. If not promote Morris before he leaves and we go back to 7-5/8-4 with losing to SC.

P.S That 70 point whooping that could have been 92-100 still stings. Stings more knowing it was a crappy Big East WVU team that was 7-5/8-4 whatever they were. That team was crappy and made a national joke against us. Thankfully they called off the dogs in the 3rd Quarter.

Also lets not forget the drubbing to South Florida...2 garbage TD's hid the beating from average Big East middle of roader.

SC is not a world beater and has Connor Shaw as QB. A nice sound QB who makes good decisions. His backup a crappy mans Connor Shaw played last year and beat us. These 5 losses come down to coaching.

It took a 4th and 10 to beat LSU otherwise a hard fought loss in mediocre bowl game. The peach bowl is not that great. We play the 5th SEC team. #2 should kill #5 every time.
So Dabo 1-5 vs SC (none of games close- SC controlled all)
Dabo 2-3 in bowls ( Really cherishing that Kentucky Music City win)

Tommy's signature win over Tenn in 2003 and stellar SC record while playing in a more competitive ACC make it a win lose or draw on whoever coaching team. I will take the one that beats SC or at least does not create a first in 117 years.

But Dabo takes all the heat for the losses?

You can't have it both ways. Either Dabo gets credit for the wins and losses, or he gets credit for neither.

Dabo can have credit for both. Without Chad no 10 win seasons. just the crap got before Chad, which is what we will get when Chad leaves.
