What is the lowest row in the "upper" lower deck sections you need to be in to be under the overhang and out of the rain? Gonna be a wet and cold Saturday night and I'm trying to keep the wife happy.

We are in UH Row R in the South lower deck. The overhang is just above us. I think you would be safe on Row S or higher.

UCTiger is correct. If it's raining and there's any kind of breeze, I would suggest trying to be at least in row U or above, because you'll still get some splash and rain blown in under the overhang.
