I was saying it last year when our team repeatedly showed no improvement fundamentaly. That starts with coaching. Not hitting is ok, but we're not even taking good swings or swinging at good pitches. I haven't played baseball in 2 years and could easily hit 90 mph pitching. These guys have been practicing everyday. In previous years in the first series of the season we usually come out and score runs opening weekend. And we hit some homeruns I like Kennedy, He's gonna be our best player

Correct me if I'm wrong

But I feel baseball is the one of the 3 major sports where as a little school ( David), it is much easier to take down a big one (Goliath)

In football, you are simply out manned at every position and will almost always lose.

Basketball, you only have to furnish 5 players at once, and if you get a group of good upperclassmen, you can compete but foul trouble is always huge with limited talent.

Then baseball, it seems like it's the one sport where one ace pitcher and some solid hitters can take you real far. A group of average players playing cohesive as a team tend to give the teams loaded with talent fits.

Examples:

Yesterday
App State beat NC State
Francis Marion beat Coots
etc etc

i agree 100% But South Carolina fixes their problem. N.C. State is king of inconsistency in all sports. Jack won't fix this problem though. He will just try to bunt more. Ha Alot of people just never understand where I'm coming from when the guy makes terrible in game decisions. From now on when he does I'm getting right on tigernet to point it out, which means I'll be very busy. Yall will see this man can not coach. He has thrived off of great players. Just like Roy Williams ha

I'm just gonna let the attendance speak for me. How many people were there yesterday? About ten? Save the bad weather reports it's freaking game two!

USC didn't lose to Francis Marion. They aren't even playing Francis Marion. They are playing Liberty, and they didn't even play yesterday.

Last year usc lost to Francis Marion.

I think the idea was - it's baseball; you play lots of games; you lose some that normally you would not.
