Chris Okey had a walk off hit Monday night to cap a 7 run...

comeback for the A level Dayton Dragons (Cincinnati Reds). He's batting .254 with 6 HR's and 20 RBI's in 36 games since being drafted in the 2nd round (43rd overall). He splits playing time with another catcher, so he's doing pretty well for not getting to play every day. He's 10 of 24 on catching base runners (with 4 errors), but some of that has been due to the Dragons wild pitching staff this season.

Yeah, the other catcher is Tyler Stephenson who was drafted in 2015, #11 overall at $3.2M. He will have surgery this fall and has suffered a few odd wrist injuries. Okey definitely playing well and showing the experience of playing D1 ball for 3 years. Hope to see him rise quickly and make it to the show.

I was following the game and was pumped up for Okey. I also checked in on some of the other tiger stats after Monday night: OPS is derived by adding slugging % and on base %. Eli made the all star team, and Dugger and Krieger are playing at a higher level. Wilson has 6 triples and 3 Hr's and has played every infield position plus the outfield. The defense of all of these players has been pretty good. When checking other ACC draftees from last year White and Wilson are performing above Craig, Solak,Ray, Tiberi, Biggio, Palmerio, Knizer.... Eli's teammate, Mondou from Wake is tearing it up
