Bama didn’t drop from #1 after tied with Citadel at halftime

Oct 25, 2020, 7:47 AM

We didn’t have our best effort yesterday but let’s see if we are given the same treatment.

Bama does have the best win this far. But if you were following that logic you should have flipped us last week.

They struggled with Ole Miss as well. Schedules are pretty comparable this year. The SEC is not very good this year.

So to continue that thought. If you did not flip us last week, there is no reason to do so this week.

We are not part of the eSECpn which is why we are treated differently.

the coaches don't watch games and vote. AP voters watch

some games, but certainly not all of them. They will look at box scores and see we won by 26 and keep us first. We will lose some first place votes, but its not like vs UNC when espn constantly showed highlights of us almost losing.

We are still number 1 today.

We scored 1 less point and gave up 4 more points than Bama did versus a not-too-good Tennessee team. This “failure” is all about the expectations created by gambling degenerates who need to make it as attractive possible for people to risk money on the game. The real purpose of playing the game is to see who is better. Clemson is clearly. Unfortunately every week we are viewed with the lens of the media finding things wrong with us while Bama and others are viewed as beyond scrutiny. Does that sound familiar?
