IMO he should be in the top 3 of coaches salary at least. I think he is in the top 10 right now.

Didn't he just sign a 6 year contract extension in the spring? What's the point of having a contract if it's being rewritten every few months? He's well paid and has good bonuses, no need for a new contract.

Disagree, Dabo is the only one that k ows what he will do. Dabo has deferred alot of his money to his staff
He should be compensated according to his level of accomplishmental comoaned to his peers

If you really think Dabo would leave Clemson , seek help . Look at his young family , they have
grown up in Clemson do you honestly think he would subject them all to the hot seat at Bama ????

No way any time soon , 10 years maybe , but not while he is still building Clemson and raising
his family . He has 3 young football players he is coaching at home .

True, but it is a bummer how underpaid he is in comparison..

to lesser coaches and even other top coaches. What does Harbaugh get? 8 million per year? Moreover, it would be great if his salary was always equal to Bama. He could go to Bama or somewhere and make and extra 40 million dollars over ten years when that situation comes to fruition. I guess it's a little early to worry about that though.

He's not about the money. His passion is coaching and mentoring. The money is gravy. He has lots of incentives built-in, and isn't looking to be paid like Saban and Meyer. He'll likely defer most salary increases towards his assistants.

If only more people ran their companies like he does....

I agree. Dabo will accept a pay raise but he has shown he prefers giving more money to his staff. Smart move. No one leaves.
