Saban got desperate after Kirby out recruited him two years ago. That supposedly brought on a change to new "YOUNGER" assistants. Who I guess were good recruiters or should be.

The AFLAC commercial is not one I think he makes if he wasn't getting desperate. He is older. He see's this Clemson team who he knows can beat him. He has to do something so he can get #7.

So he agrees to a commercial showing his championship rings that will air during college games! All in the name of getting the best of the best to come there.

I don't think he makes that commercial if they had won back to back or if Clemson wasn't on his back like a thousand lb. weight!

I know he has been doing commercials for a while. But, he hasn't agreed to show off championship rings in them.
The rings is what my post was about. I don't think he agrees to "show off" like that unless he was feeling desperate. I think before Clemson it would have been "all I need to do is show up".

That is by far the most cringey commercial ever. Are those really his fingers? Never looked close enough, but those ring covered sausages don't look like they'd be Sabans.
